KLD(1111) series electronic tension and compression testing machine is a high-performance testing machine. It features simple structure, complete functions, convenient operation, accurate testing, stable and reliable performance.
The testing machine is mainly used to test the relationship between force and deformation of miniature spring or elastic device, and to judge the quality of the specimen. It can also be used for similar tests of other specimens.
Excellent performance of testing machine: digital display of length and load (stiffness), continuous testing of P1 and P2 values of test pieces, automatic and manual printing of test results, setting and storage of data, automatic printing of specimen quality distribution diagram - histogram, processing process capability index. Finally, it makes a correct judgment on whether the working procedure capability of the specimen is sufficient or not, and provides a scientific basis for reasonable correction and working procedure capability.

Product introduction and application
KLD(1111) series electronic tension and compression testing machine is made according to the technical requirements stipulated in JB/ t7796-2005 "technical conditions of spring tension and compression testing machine", and the tester meets the requirements of the standard.
This machine is mainly used for stretching and compression test of various coil springs, which adopts the method of manual loading. In a certain amount of displacement to determine the test force of the spring, or in a certain amount of test force to determine the deformation of the spring, can also be used for other elastic components and small mechanical properties of the test, mainly used for the spring manufacturing and spring use units on the spring quality control.
