KLD(1423) series testing machine adopts computer control, landing door frame, double ball screw drive, ac servo drive, in addition to a conventional microcomputer control spring tension and compression testing machine function, also has a spring eccentric force testing special measurement and control system. The measurement and control system can measure the load size and direction of the automobile suspension spring after it is compressed by axial force, which is helpful for designers to apply the load data to the design of safety and comfort performance of automobiles and trucks.
The special measurement and control system adopts the electronic servo control, which installs a number of high-precision load sensors on the upper and lower pressure plate. The test system determines the horizontal force and axial force generated on the spring as well as the position of the load center on the upper and lower pressure plate (x, y position deviation) by collecting the information of the load sensors reliably and synchronously.
It also has a reliable overload protection device to protect the load sensor from being crushed.
Function
The starting point and terminal coordinate value of the resultant force of the spring, the magnitude and direction of the resultant force, as well as the transverse test force can be accurately measured. According to the tolerance radius of the upper and lower operating points input, whether the spring is qualified can be determined in real time:
